An unruly passenger on a flight from Iceland to JFK had to be TAPED to his SEAT! According to a witness, he drank all of his duty free liquor and then tried to choke the woman next to him while screaming that the plane was going to crash. Fellow passengers subdued him and tied him up for the rest of the flight.

I've wanted to do this to a few fellow passengers before. Now that I know it's not frowned upon, I may start traveling with duct tape and zip ties. Are those approved carry-on items?
