ITINERARY
Day 1, Friday, October 2: Salt Lake City to London
We depart this morning making connections to our trans-Atlantic flight to London, England.
Day 2, Saturday, October 3: Arrive London: Transfer to hotel, free time
After clearing immigration and customs, we will transfer to the NH Kensington Hotel, a four-star hotel centrally located in London's exclusive Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea. London offers countless experiences and sights and the balance of the day is yours in London to shop and explore its many exciting highlights.
Day 3, Sunday, October 4: In London: London Highlights and Beatles in London
This morning you'll see London city and this afternoon a tour of the Beatles in London. You'll see many of London's most important sights including the Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly, Westminster Abbey, Parliament and Big Ben, St. Paul's Cathedral, and the Tower of London.
This afternoon's Beatles Tour includes an expert Beatles guide who will show and give interesting insights and commentary of the highlights of the Beatles in London including the original location of the Apple Offices, Paul Mc Cartney's offices, the theatre where Beatlemania started, John Lennon's site of "Jesus" interview, the studio location where "Hey Jude" was recorded, the Swinging London Shopping street, the Abbey Road studios and crossing and visit the Beatles' coffee shop for souvenirs.
This evening you might want to enjoy one of London's West End Shows. A few of the plays currently running include Billy Elliott, Chicago, Greece , Hair Spray, Jersey Boys, Joseph, Lion King, Les Miserables, Mama Mia, Oliver, Phantom of the Opera, Wicked and many more.

Day 4, Monday, October 5, In London: Optional excursion to Warwick Castle, Stratford Upon Avon & Oxford:
One of England's most notable and best preserved castles is Warwick Castle. From the moment you enter its portcullis, beneath the murder holes used to repel invaders you'll sense this is not history behind glass, this is history to live. A few highlights include "Kingmaker" to see the Earl of Warwick's preparations for battle and "Death or Glory" to feel the weight of the armor that might have saved your life. Join Daisy, Countess of Warwick, in a "Royal Weekend Party 1898" and visit the elegant State Rooms and Great Hall. Next you'll go to Stratford-upon-Avon, the birthplace of William Shakespeare. Steeped in culture and history it is set in the beautiful rural Warwickshire countryside, on the banks of the river Avon and one of the most historic destinations in England. Here you'll get a taste of Olde England including Anne Hathaway's Cottage, Holy Trinity Church where she and William Shakespeare are buried and the Memorial Theatre. Next highlight is Oxford University with its cloistered colleges and secluded gardens. Oxford is not only one of Britain's greatest and most visually impressive of European universities, it is also the setting of Harry Potter films including the Great Hall and you'll also learn about Alice in Wonderland's connection to Oxford.
Day 5, Tuesday, October 6, in London: Free time in London, Jazz vs. Bulls Basketball Game
This morning and afternoon are free to enjoy London. This evening you'll be transferred from the hotel to watch the Jazz vs. the Bulls exhibition game at the O2 arena. Ticket cost is 50 to 90 British Pounds, about $75 to $140. As soon as tickets are available for sale you'll receive information on ticket purchase.
Day 6, Wednesday, October 7: Transfer to airport and return flight home
This morning transfer to Gatwick Airport, check in for return flights home.

Travel Services, Inc., d.b.a. Columbus Travel, ("Agent") gives notice that all services, reservations and arrangements for transportation, or cruise, or conveyance, or hotel or lodging, or meals or sightseeing services or any other activities made by Agent, are made by Agent as dual agent for the traveller, (Passenger) and for the air carriers, hotels, sightseeing companies, transportation companies, cruise lines and other companies (Suppliers) providing services for this program. As such, Agent shall not be liable for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reasons of defect in any vehicle or mode of transportation, through the acts, defaults, financial difficulty or bankruptcy or omissions of the Supplier or person engaged in carrying out the arrangements of the trip or otherwise in connection therewith. Agent is not liable for delays and/or cancellations of services and resultant expenses or loss caused by acts of God, sickness, quarantine, weather, strikes, war, terrorism, social or labor unrest, local laws, mechanical or construction difficulties, abnormal conditions or other situations, actions, omissions or conditions outside Agent's control. Agent is not liable for loss or damage to baggage or personal possessions. Agent and Supplier reserve the right to alter or cancel the itinerary or substitute services as conditions require or for the safety of Passenger.
As a matter of privacy, we do not disclose addresses or other personal information about other travellers in the group. We do all in our power to assure seats for passengers travelling together on aircraft are assigned together, but because airline seating assignments for groups are controlled by the air carrier, we cannot guarantee specific seat assignments. As a matter of policy, we rotate seats on motorcoach tours. Passengers must be in good health and able to care for their own needs. Please contact us regarding any health concerns you may have or if you need to bring any specialized medical equipment such as wheelchairs, oxygen tanks, etc. so that we can determine if transportation services, hotels, and other suppliers can accommodate your equipment. If it is determined that your equipment can be accommodated, you or your travelling companion are fully responsible for it and must be able to lift, fold, push, and handle the equipment. Tour directors on the trip cannot be of assistance with such needs. We reserve the right to remove passengers from the group at their own expense if the care of or actions of a passenger become detrimental to the functioning of the tour. Payment of deposit(s) as outlined in this agreement shall be deemed consent to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.
