He considers himself a bit of a driving etiquette instructor, complete with a dash-cam. Alexei says he wants to gradually improve people's courtesy by documenting each collision and posting the footage online.
Here’s what gets me… he says the bus company doesn’t mind and actually encourages him in his endeavors, since the bus typically only receives minor damages from the impacts. Don't you wish you could do this when someone cuts you off?
