#GoodNews: 6 Year-Old Gives Up Disneyworld Money For Hurricane Evacuees

(South Carolina) Jermaine Bell is turning 7 soon and to celebrate his birthday, he and his parents have been saving money to take him to Disney World. But Jermaine decided he'd rather use that vacation money to help people in need.

He used the money to buy hot dogs, chips, and water to then pass out to about 100 hurricane evacuees as they made their way through his town to safety. Jermaine says he still wants to go to Disney World, but he’s willing to wait a little longer so he can help others.

* The CEO of the Walt Disney Company announced they’ll donate $1-million to help with recovery and relief efforts in the Bahamas.
