Texas Rangers pitcher Cole Hamels and his wife Heidi have donated their $9.4 million mansion and 104-acre property to Camp Barnabas. The Camp provides camp experiences for people with special needs and chronic illnesses. After hearing about Camp Barnabas and the kids' it serves Cole & Heidi felt called to help in a big way. The home features more than 1,700 feet of shoreline on Table Rock Lake, 10-bedrooms, and 13-bathrooms. This is the largest gift Camp Barnabas has received in it's 24-year history.
